MVP - Minimal Viable Product

A minimum viable product is a product with the minimum features to be used by your perfect users who can then provide feedback for the next product increment.

I would like to stress the word MINIMUM here. You don't need a good-looking UI. It doesn't need to be automated. It can be a public spreadsheet and you do everything by hand.
