Location Independence

Is the ability to do your work from any place in the world.

For me, this is a significant step up from remote work.

Remote work only means that you don't have to come to an office to do your job.

Location independence means you don't need to be in the same country or time zone as the rest of your company.

Location independence is also tightly connected to global citizenship.
